All sessions are full-day experiences, typically running from resort opening to closing, allowing for consistent, uninterrupted progression throughout the day. Half-day options may be available on select dates.

Riders are responsible for bringing their own snowboard equipment, as gear is not included in the lesson package. You’ll need a well-tuned snowboard, properly fitted boots, and appropriate bindings suited to your riding style and ability. A helmet is mandatory for all participants, and protective gear such as impact shorts, wrist guards, and back protection is strongly recommended.
We also suggest wearing technical outerwear that allows full mobility and keeps you comfortable throughout a full day on the mountain.

Yes — we offer small group sessions for 2–4 riders of similar ability levels. Group coaching is an excellent option for friends or families who want a shared progression experience while still receiving personalized feedback.

During the session, runs are filmed throughout the day. Video playback is used for on-the-lift feedback, helping riders visually understand movement, alignment, and technique adjustments in real time. A recap video is delivered post-session for further review and reflection.

MOTIV focuses on precision-based freestyle coaching — helping riders refine body position, edge control, and spatial awareness for park, freeride, and all-mountain performance. We also emphasize mindset, movement quality, and progression planning for long-term growth.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during weekends and peak holiday periods. Sessions are limited to maintain a high level of personalization and availability.

In the event of extreme weather or resort closures, sessions can be rescheduled at no cost. Light snow or variable conditions are part of the training experience — we often use them to enhance adaptability and skill development.

Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 5 days’ notice to retain your deposit. Sessions canceled within five days of the scheduled date are non-refundable unless the resort is closed due to weather.

We accept Zelle and cash for all bookings. Payment instructions will be sent upon confirmation, and deposits are required to secure each session.
